Structure and Organization

The SHW AG is the parent company of the SHW Group. It holds all shares of SHW Zweite Beteiligungs GmbH with its registered office in Aalen which, in turn, holds all shares of operational SHW Automotive GmbH with its registered office in Aalen. In addition, SHW AG directly or indirectly holds all shares of the international subsidiaries SHW Automotive CZ, s.r.o., with its registered office in Brno, Czech Republic, and of SHW do Brasil Ltda. with its registered office in São Paulo, Brazil. The subsidiary SHW Automotive holds a 50 percent interest in the joint venture STT Technologies Inc. with its registered office in Concord, Ontario, Canada. The operative business of the SHW Group is conducted by SHW Automotive and STT.
