Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of NorwayOn 10 July 2013, the stake of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of theState of Norway, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded thethreshold of 3%. On that date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of theState of Norway held 3.03% of the voting rights in SHW AG (177,212 votingrights).3.03% of all voting rights in SHW AG (177,212 voting rights) wereattributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norwaypursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
