ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The articles of association of a company lay down the foundation in which the shareholders make a binding expression of their ideas and present how, in their view, the constitution of the company should be structured and the company run.
They list the name of the company, its registered office, its share capital and management board, supervisory board and the respective representatives.
