On that date, Fidelity Funds SICAV,held 5.17 percent (302,372 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) in relation toall voting rights in SHW AG.2. FIL LimitedOn 7 November 2013, the stake of FIL Limited, Hamilton/Bermuda, in thevoting rights in SHW AG exceeded the thresholds of 3 percent and 5 percent.On that date, FIL Limited, held 5.46 percent (319,372 ordinary shares(Stammaktien)) in relation to all voting rights in SHW AG. All votingrights in SHW AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited frominter alia Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 percent ormore of the voting rights in SHW AG.3. FIL Holdings (UK) Limited On 7 November 2013, the stake of FIL Holdings (UK) Limited,Hildenborough/United Kingdom, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded thethresholds of 3 percent and 5 percent. On that date, FIL Holdings (UK)Limited, held 5.46 percent (319,372 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) inrelation to all voting rights in SHW AG. All voting rights in SHW AG wereattributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights wereattributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited from inter alia Fidelity FundsSICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 percent or more of the voting rightsin SHW AG.4. FIL Investments International On 7 November 2013, the stake of FIL InvestmentsInternational,Hildenborough/United Kingdom, in the voting rights in SHW AGexceeded the thresholds of 3 percent and 5 percent.
