The following companies, with regard to the respective shareholding in SHW
AG, Aalen/Germany, have notified us by voting rights notifications pursuant
to sections 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as
follows:

1. FIL Limited

On 22 September 2014, the stake of FIL Limited, Hamilton/Bermuda, in the
voting rights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 5%. On that date, FIL
Limited held 4.42% of the voting rights in SHW AG (258,427 voting rights).
All such voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL
Limited from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding directly 3%
or more of the voting rights in SHW AG.

2. FIL Holdings (UK) Limited

On 22 September 2014, the stake of FIL Holdings (UK) Limited,
Hildenborough/United Kingdom, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the
threshold of 5%. On that date, FIL Holdings (UK) Limited held 4.42% of the
voting rights in SHW AG (258,427 voting rights). All such voting rights
were attributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were
attributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a
shareholder holding directly 3% or more of the voting rights in SHW AG.

3. FIL Investments International

On 22 September 2014, the stake of FIL Investments International,
Hildenborough/United Kingdom, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the
threshold of 5%. On that date, FIL Investments International held 4.42% of
the voting rights in SHW AG (258,427 voting rights). All such voting rights
were attributed to FIL Investments International pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL
Investment International from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder
holding directly 3% or more of the voting rights in SHW AG.
