Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)On 13 September 2013, the stake of Norges Bank (the Central Bank ofNorway), Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded the thresholdof 3%. On that date, Norges Bank held 3.01% of the voting rights in SHW AG(176,388 voting rights).2. Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of NorwayOn 13 September 2013, the stake of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of theState of Norway, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded thethreshold of 3%. On that date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of theState of Norway held 3.01% of the voting rights in SHW AG (176,388 votingrights).3.01% of all voting rights in SHW AG (176,388 voting rights) wereattributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norwaypursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
