Release pursuant to section 26 para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution


The following entities, with regard to their respective shareholding in SHW
AG, Aalen/Germany, have notified us by voting rights notification pursuant
to sections 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as
follows:

1. Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)
On 28 October 2013, the stake of Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 3%.
On that date, Norges Bank held 2.90% of the voting rights in SHW AG
(169,519 voting rights).

2. Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway
On 28 October 2013, the stake of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the
threshold of 3%. On that date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway held 2.90% of the voting rights in SHW AG (169,519 voting
rights) which were attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
