Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)On 31 October 2013, the stake of Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded the threshold of 3%.On that date, Norges Bank held 3.05% of the voting rights in SHW AG(178,741 voting rights).2. Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of NorwayOn 31 October 2013, the stake of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of theState of Norway, Oslo/Norway, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded thethreshold of 3%. On that date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of theState of Norway held 3.05% of the voting rights in SHW AG (178,741 votingrights).3.05% of all voting rights in SHW AG (178,741 voting rights) wereattributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norwaypursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
