On that date, UBS AG    held 3.002% of the voting rights in SHW AG (175,633 voting rights).Thereof, 0.2% of the voting rights in SHW AG (11,524 voting rights)    were directly held by UBS AG and 2.80% of the voting rights in SHW AG(164,109 voting rights) were attributed to UBS AG pursuant to section n22para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.  - On 5 May 2014, the stake of UBS AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in the votingrights in SHW AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, UBS AG    held 2.998% of the voting rights in SHW AG (175,411 voting rights).    Thereof, 0.19% of the voting rights in SHW AG (11,248 voting rights)    were directly held by UBS AG and 2.81% of the voting rights in SHW AG    (164,163 voting rights) were attributed to UBS AG pursuant to section    22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.  - On 6 May 2014, the stake of UBS AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in the voting rights in SHW AG exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, UBS AG    held3.37% of the voting rights in SHW AG (197,470 voting rights).
