shareholding in SHW AG, Aalen/Germany, has notified us by voting rights
notification pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

On 18 September 2014, the stake of Fidelity Funds SICAV,
Luxembourg/Luxembourg, in the voting rights in SHW AG fell below the
threshold of 5%. On that date, Fidelity Funds SICAV held 4.94% of the
voting rights in SHW AG (288,767 voting rights).
