Release pursuant to section 26 para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

UBS AG, Zurich/Switzerland, with regard to its shareholding in SHW AG,
Aalen/Germany, has notified us by voting rights notification pursuant to
sections 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as
follows:

On 20 November 2014, the stake of UBS AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in the voting
rights in SHW AG exceeded the threshold of 5%. On that date, UBS AG held
6.07% of the voting rights in SHW AG (355,407 voting rights). Thereof,
2.83% of the voting rights in SHW AG (165,726 voting rights) were directly
held by UBS AG and 3.24% of the voting rights in SHW AG (189,681 voting
rights) were attributed to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG.
