UBS Group AGOn 5 February 2015, the stake of UBS Group AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in thevoting rights in SHW AG, Wilhelmstrasse 67, 73433 Aalen/Germany, exceededthe threshold of 5%. On that date, UBS Group AG held 5.23% of the votingrights in SHW AG (306,211 voting rights). All such voting rights wereattributed to UBS Group AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1WpHG from UBS AG, being a shareholder holding directly 3% or more of thevoting rights in SHW AG.2. UBS AGOn 5 February 2015, the stake of UBS AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in the votingrights in SHW AG, Wilhelmstrasse 67, 73433 Aalen/Germany, exceeded thethreshold of 5%. On that date, UBS AG held 5.23% of the voting rights inSHW AG (306,211 voting rights).
