The following entities, with regard to their respective shareholdings in
SHW AG, Aalen/Germany, have notified us by voting rights notifications
pursuant to sections 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) as follows:

1. UBS Group AG

On 10 February 2015, the stake of UBS Group AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in the
voting rights in SHW AG, Wilhelmstrasse 67, 73433 Aalen/Germany, fell below
the threshold of 5%. On that date, UBS Group AG held 3.53% of the voting
rights in SHW AG (206,771 voting rights). All such voting rights were
attributed to UBS Group AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG from UBS AG, being a shareholder holding directly 3% or more of the
voting rights in SHW AG.

2. UBS AG

On 10 February 2015, the stake of UBS AG, Zurich/Switzerland, in the voting
rights in SHW AG, Wilhelmstrasse 67, 73433 Aalen/Germany, fell below the
threshold of 5%. On that date, UBS AG held 3.53% of the voting rights in
SHW AG (206,771 voting rights). Thereof, 0.38% of the voting rights in SHW
AG (22,065 voting rights) were directly held by UBS AG and 3.16% of the
voting rights in SHW AG (184,706 voting rights) were attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
