Release pursuant to section 26 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution


Allianz Global Investors GmbH, with regard to its shareholding in SHW AG,
Aalen/Germany, has notified us by voting rights notification pursuant to
sections 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as
follows:

The percentage of voting rights of Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt
am Main/Germany, in the company SHW AG, Wilhelmstrasse 67, 73433
Aalen-Wasseralfingen/Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold to a percentage of
5.24% as per settlement date 20 February 2015. This corresponds to 337,334
out of a total of 6,436,209 voting rights issued by the company.

Of these voting rights 2.25% is to be attributed to Allianz Global
Investors GmbH pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 144,539 out of a total of 6,436,209 voting rights issued by
the company.
