Thereof, 0.16% of the voting rights in SHW AG (10,095 votingrights) were attributed to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG, 0.03% of the voting rights in SHW AG (2,151 votingrights) were attributed to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1sent. 1 no. 2 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 2.58% of the votingrights in SHW AG (165,770 voting rights) were attributed to BlackRock, Inc.pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2WpHG.Please note that the total amount stated above does not necessarily equalthe sum of the detailed attributed holdings.
